Still learning the app, I downloaded the free trial a couple of days ago. The Syncing part was pretty seamless. I did run into an issue with having my inventory update and reached out to a customer service agent who was very helpful and we got it fixed in no time. Looking forward to this integration and how it will help my business.

A lot of my products weren't linking but I had quick help from Joseph who managed to get everything in working order. He manged to assist in setting up links and backups, offered detailed assistance. Amazing service. As soon as I installed the app and signed up to the package. A message popped up from Joseph who quite literally handled the whole process after I simply linked my Etsy store to the app. I have over 3000 products on my Etsy store I was going to do this all manually so you can imagine the time I have saved by using this process. Absolutely amazing.
