It's a great app so far. Joseph was very helpful. He gave me step by step guidance on how to sync products, selective syncing, pricing, etc. I highly recommend.

Chat support was amazing. It may not have all the bells and whistles from other apps but if you just need product / inventory / order sync, this will do the job just fine and the support was great. Not sure you will find better for the price.

This has been a helpful app but I do think it can be a bit more intuitive / user friendly.
Their helpdesk is always available and helpful, though...so that goes a long way. This has become a very useful app for my business.

Thea was a huge help to me. She not only helped me with the syncing issue, she taught me WHY the issues were occurring. She not only is knowledgeable but also extremely patient and kind. I am glad she was the one who picked up on the chat. Thanks Thea!

Syncing was easy but I forgot to have the app create SKUs for me. Couldn't figure out how to get back to the option and Arianne helped me. Great service!
