Etsy Integration by QuickSync

Arianne did a fantastic job getting my data reconciled between Etsy and Shopify. It was a pleasure working with them.

I have not used the app for long and my trial period is not even up yet but what I already like is that customer support is available 24/7, willing and ready to help. Thus far, Diana and Arianne have been very helpful.

Omar was super helpful and easy to work with. I appreciate his help.

Joseph was so AMAZING! VERY PATIENT AND WELL AWARE of the technologies on both Shopify and Etsy. He literally worked with me over the course of 3 or so hours until I finally was set up. I am not normally one to struggle with these things but for some reason I was having tons of issues and he never gave up on me despite me actually giving up for about 30 minutes as I was just having so much trouble getting (my information) into everything LOL. But, when I got back, he was still there and carried on without missing a beat. He truly is the epitome of a perfect customer service tech. VERY VERY GOOD! 100 STARS TO JOSEPH!!!

I haven't really used the app enough to give it an accurate evaluation, but the app customer assistant, "Omar" has been very helpful in assisting me through the process.

The only downside I see at this point is that I use my own domain name on my shopify store and the app is setup to link to a domain ending with .myshopify.com. This caused me problems which Omar assisted me with rectifying.

I just downloaded the app and so far I’m satisfied. I was originally confused on how to sync my products and Joseph was right there in chat to help walk me through everything. Thank you for all your help!
