I was a little hesitant when the pop up of the agent came through but Omar reassured me it would be fine and he would be happy to help. I ended up needing help and he was Fantastic! If I could give him 10 stars I would.
Omar 's help and customer service were amazing, he save me hours of stress and work. This was by far the easiest and most efficient Shopify to Etsy integration app I have ever tried. I have tried other apps that required you to spend hours learning to even use the app, with unhelpful customer service. This was literally a dream.
Your representative was extremely kind, patient and knowledgable in helping me sync my first products on the my ETSY store. Thank you Mohamed!

Just starting to use this app. Seems like it will work well. But the setup was very easy and Joseph helped me got onboarded. He was very kind and helped me get started.

So far 1 hour in I must say i had such a amazing experience dealing with a friendly lady who went by the name of Normie. She helped me migrate my 10 products over from shopify to a new Etsy shop in a matter of minutes with no fuss and has made it clear shes available to assist at every stage along the way. To the managers of QuickSync she is a absolute asset to your business. So far so good migration appears to have landed nicely.
I worked with Nasser and he was so helpful and reassured me through the entire process. I wouldn't have been able sync my items to Etsy without him! I highly recommend this app and Fingers Crossed you get Nasser as your consultant!
