I started with etsy because its easy for those of us that don't know how to manage/run/start their own website. I as working on importing listings and *BING* a "how can I help you" window popped up. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me get my etsy shop imported to my new Shopify shop.

It was really great being able to chat through my setup issues live with Joseph. He was highly responsive and listened to what I was asking then went above and beyond to answer. He also provided some really useful resources. Top notch customer service!
