Etsy Integration by QuickSync

it was very helpful to link teh store inventory of my shopify store and my etsy stores together. The customer service chat box and customer service agents were always very helpful and answered questions right away.

Joseph was very professional while assisting me with my Shopify account. He shared his screen to walk me through the process and fully supported my goal of syncing my product listings to my Etsy account. I look forward to using this for my shop.

Joseph was very helpful getting my Shopify and Etsy stores synced so that the inventory would be shared and I would no longer have issues with people buying items on one site that had already been sold on the other.

Love the idea of this, but it has caused me more problems than anything. I can't get all my items to sync between Shopify and Etsy (I've reached out for help multiple times), and it keeps changing my stock all on its own which causes me to oversell items then I lose out on fees because I am not refunded for those when I have to refund my customers. Really wish this worked, it would have made my life so much easier!

I was working with Joseph and he helped me transfer inventory from Shopify to Esty. On top of all that, he provided step by step instruction on how to synchronize the items myself. Quick and reliable support.

You should NOT use this app. It constantly and consistently changes your inventory to 0 on Etsy for variations. It seemingly randomly pulls in pictures or ignores them, and even though I have turned off everything but order syncing I am still finding random negative changes being made that are impacting the display of my listings.

Edit: Maybe overreacted with a 1-star, so updating to two for the reasons above AND the fact that while it imports orders from Etsy, it does not populate the Shipping address so you need to manually fill this out anyways. Not worth the monthly fee that is for sure.

Joseph was very helpful in getting my Shopify and Etsy stores synced to save me time while listing products. I did not realize automatic syncing was not turned on, him fixing this for me will save me so much time going forward! He is very helpful and professional.

Very happy with the support, I would like to see a feature added that allows syncing price without images, this would be very helpful because Etsy has different image requirements than what is allowed or used in my Shopify store.

Joseph was amazing! I have had trouble syncing my products to Etsy and he came in and figured it out in two minutes! His communication and attention to detail are unmatched. Great app for sure.

Response time from Joseph was phenomenal. Actually, I only thought in my head that I could use some help and he popped up in chat. took care of my problem in less than 5 minutes. He did it for me BUT then he sent me an email with step by step instructions for my to reference in the future so I can handle it myself moving forward. 10/10 recommend.
