I am new to both Shopify and Etsy let alone trying to sync the two together. Joseph not only helped me get everything moved over, he a conversation with me to get to know me. So far, so good. I used the app to upload my products to Etsy and it was simple. I love how EVERYTHING synced over. There were some products that didn't go through, I requested assistance via the chat help, I was chatting with Ariane who was very helpful and got the remaining items synced over for me. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone considering a seamless Shopify/Etsy integration.
