Fantastic customer support from Mr.Joseph - incredibly great software to have for free - Soon they are providing bulk products transfering from shopify to etsy.
I wanted to try Etsy Sync out but haven't much time with it. The best part of the app is that staffs are always available to help on the chat box.
This app is amazing and a huge time saver. Angelica went above and beyond to help me and was incredibly patient answering all my questions. Thank you so much Angelica for all your support!
Spoke to Thea they were very helpful in getting my query resolved and turned it a round very quickly.
Joseph was so helpful and so comforting to have. Every Problem was eventually solved that I had with him. So patient.

Joseph is a Saint! If it wasn't for him, my first Etsy order would not have gotten shipped out. He helped me out immensely! He knows what he is doing and if I ever need help again, I will hopefully get him again. Thank you Joseph!!
Super support, Lady Angelica helped me very well! thanks you very much! She stayed with me for few hours and still assist me, its amazing that support like Angelica its real, i haved problems with adding my products to etsy from shopify but she dont give up !

It is a very useful program. The customer service live chat line was very helpful. Noermi, the employee in the Live Chat, was very helpful. Thank you.
It functioned the way it was advertised, no real complaints. After linking etsy account the products began to come through in less than 2 hours. The only issue I noticed was if your using a print on demand service some of the inventory my take longer to sync.
