I have tried a different integration app and it was a nightmare. From the moment I downloaded this app, I can tell the service was going to be different. At first experience was great. Installation was quick, I immediately synced my products from Shopify to Etsy.
The problems started when I added a new product a week later and tried to sync it. Suddenly it said my setup wasn't complete, there were problems with my shipping profile on Etsy (which there weren't) and all my products became unsynced. I had to delete cache and cookies, it was very stressful!

However Jayson from customer service was very attentive, helpful and patient. He helped me solve the problems at last and I would definately give him 5 stars!

I found it extremely easy to transfer all of my Etsy products, of which there are over 1000, to our shop here using this app. It even brings over the descriptions and category types and creates SKUs where needed. However, I recently realized that my inventory wasn't syncing in real-time. Thanks to the help of a live chat agent named Arianne, I am now receiving assistance and my products will sync in real-time. I recommend this app!
