At first glance, the app seems simple. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that this simplicity isn’t necessarily beneficial for all users, as one might want to know what’s happening in the background of the app. However, when you connect with a support representative via chat, many things become easier to understand.

I was pleasantly surprised when Omar popped up on my Dashboard and offered to help streamline the process of integrating my two shops. As you all know, learning new and unfamiliar apps can be intimidating and confusing. His help made it super simple for me and relieved a lot of anxiety over syncing my products.
