Joseph Morris was super helpful. I'm new and as soon as I attempted to execute my first task, he was right there to join and make sure I was set up ok. While I didn't make it through the entire onboard (not due to him, but Etsy complications), I still have the ability to contact him again once the Etsy issue is resolved.
