Update: This app updates quantities wrong and marks products that are in stock as sold out. I've tried correcting quantities manually to fix the errors but then it happens again with other products. It seams when a product sells on Etsy it gets marked as sold out instead of updating with the correct inventory count.

Joseph helped a lot, thank you so much. He synced all my products from Etsy to Shopify.
