Have only just started using this app to sync my shopify store with Etsy. I would say that it wasn't completely seamless but that was due to not having certain things set up from Shopify that I was unaware of.
However, I would most definitely give this apps customer service 5 stars for their staff, in particular Thea and Normie who were most patient and helpful with my issues. Both managed to figure out the problems & guide me to set everything up correctly. Now I can finally get my Etsy store up and running!

I switched from another app to this one because it was so hard to get my items uploaded. This app is much easier to use! It is only day 1, but I have loaded more items in one day that I ever did on the other app.

Edit: I switched to one star because it would not let me sync my product to Etsy and have an increased price in Etsy. Support contacted me and let me know a feature had been added that allowed me to do this. I appreciate Joseph and the support team for their help.

Angelica and Normie have been a HUGE help to me and have gone WAY above and beyond to help me get my products synced from Shopify to my new etsy account. I'm so grateful for their help! I never would have been able to do this on my own. Thank you Both for all you do!

A fantastic time saver to help upload all my products from Shopify to Etsy. Orders are syncing as well. I am giving this app 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received from Joseph. Such great customer service from the support team resolved any issue I faced really quickly. I highly recommend this application
