Still learning the app, I downloaded the free trial a couple of days ago. The Syncing part was pretty seamless. At first glance, the app seems simple. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes clear that this simplicity isn’t necessarily beneficial for all users, as one might want to know what’s happening in the background of the app. However, when you connect with a support representative via chat, many things become easier to understand.

Easy to set up, Customer Service Agents were on the ball and helpful to make sure I knew what was happening from the start. Great service.
