This app is quick and efficient. Customer service was amazing and Omar was very helpful in getting me set up.

VERY RESPONSIVE! In all the times I've needed to reach out. there's always been someone available in chat, with a happy attitude, and willing to help. Really liking that they are always there to help when we need it! The software itself has a lot of strengths, very easy to use.

I was pleasantly surprised when Omar popped up on my Dashboard and offered to help streamline the process of integrating my two shops. As you all know, learning new and unfamiliar apps can be intimidating and confusing. His help made it super simple for me and relieved a lot of anxiety over syncing my products.

At first experience was great. Installation was quick, I immediately synced my products from Shopify to Etsy.
The problems started when I added a new product a week later and tried to sync it. Suddenly it said my setup wasn't complete, there were problems with my shipping profile on Etsy (which there weren't) and all my products became unsynced. I had to delete cache and cookies, it was very stressful!

However Jayson from customer service was very attentive, helpful and patient. He helped me solve the problems at last and I would definately give him 5 stars!

I have tried a different integration app and it was a nightmare. From the moment I downloaded this app, I can tell the service was going to be different. I immediately was greeted by Khaled and he assisted me through the entire process. Something that has taken me hours to do in the past, today has taken me no more than 10 minutes thanks to Khaled. Great service, great app. I Synced over 100 listings in a few minutes.

I found it extremely easy to transfer all of my Etsy products, of which there are over 1000, to our shop here using this app. It even brings over the descriptions and category types and creates SKUs where needed. However, I recently realized that my inventory wasn't syncing in real-time. Thanks to the help of a live chat agent named Arianne, I am now receiving assistance and my products will sync in real-time. I recommend this app!
