Joseph is amazing at making sure everything is taken care of. He was very attentive to every need that i had and made sure, I was satisfied with everything he even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly

Awesome Experience with the Agent named Joseph. He did a really good job and helped me out a lot. I'm still really new to the online world of business and he gave me all the guidance I needed to sync my products correctly. Good job my friend.
I was helped by Angelica (customer success agent) and I was taken through my issue step by step very quickly. My problem was resolved within minutes. I was very impressed with the knowledge and ability to troubleshoot my issue so quickly. Highly recommend Angelica! Thankyou!
The customer support team is AMAZING! Joseph and Angelica are awesome and so quick to help. They always answer my questions and solve some minor issues I am having, not to mention they are always available! Really recommend this app for crossover managing for both Shopify and Etsy.
