The customer support here is incredible! They walk you through setting up the sync with a real person who is able to answer any and all questions and actually do the work of setting up the first sync. A+++
excellent - patient, knowledgable and extremely helpful :) You can tell he takes his time with the request and find a suitable action to take.
Friendly customer support! Very helpful with syncing my items from Shopify over to Etsy. Would use this service again in the future!

So far so good, I had way too many existing etsy listings to manually copy everything over. Wasn't sure how to get started but customer support, customer success agent Angelica was super helpful getting me sorted and off to the races. Really fast response and super helpful.
Easy to use Mohamed Hussein helped me with all my questions.
