My customer service agent Normie was super efficient. I found her knowledge of the app to be exceptional. She fixed my issue in no time! She is also professional and friendly. Without her help, I was stuck. Thank you Normie for saving me a heap of time and heartache!

Joseph is a GEM! I was fortunate to have him help me right away before I even knew I was having issues LOL! He was quick and helped to sync my Inactive Listings from Etsy onto Shopify. Not only that, but he was able to calm nerves and handled my situation with calm and grace. He was delighted to help and did so quickly. I wish him the best with this company.

We got supported by Thea, she was the most kind and positive customer success agent that we encountered on Shopify ecosystem. She is a true problem solver and if there was an option to subscribe to the customer success agents for my future probable requests, I would subscribe to Thea without a second thought.
