The service has been great. The app itself works well, and the customer support has been exceptional. I highly recommend the app to anyone interested in integrating their Etsy store with Shopify.

Normie was great. She was patient and took as much time as needed to complete my shopify to etsy product sync.

Just added the app to my Shopify and had an issue syncing but reached out to customer support and Arianne was able to quickly resolve my issues and clarify for me that I need unique SKUs. This type of quick and intentional customer support makes me want to use this app.
