Joseph helped me through my entire process. Over an hour of trouble shooting what setting I had wrong to sync products and he continued to stay on the line with me for close to three hours. Great customer service!

So far so good in terms of exporting my products. Although the process is not completed yet, I am pleased with the progress so far. I also had great service from Joseph, the customer success agent who assisted with ensuring I had the right options and a smooth experience

Omar was super quick at offering me help which made adding QuckSync super easy, I had inventory added to my Etsy store and sync'ed to Shipbob in less than 10mins. Very pleased.

Honestly, I thought the 5 stars reviews everywhere seemed a bit dodgy. I also thought that asking for help through the chat at 5pm CET wouldn't get me a quick answer.
WEEEEEELL..... Omar replied instantly, jumped into the process, identified the blocker, did what I wanted to achieve, went the extra mile, and here I am 15 minutes later with my Shopify products available on Etsy.
I'm impressed.
