I switched from another app to this one because it was so hard to get my items uploaded. This app is much easier to use! It is only day 1, but I have loaded more items in one day that I ever did on the other app.

Edit: I switched to one star because it would not let me sync my product to Etsy and have an increased price in Etsy. Support contacted me and let me know a feature had been added that allowed me to do this. I appreciate Joseph and the support team for their help.

Great support from Omar on the Customer Service team. Friendly and prompt.

A little disappointed! They advertise that you can manage Etsy orders from Shopify, but in reality, you can't! Etsy doesn't allow for address integration, so unless you want to do double the work, I don't recommend.

The customer service was outstanding and the app is easy to use, but it seems best for product syncing only.

Normie was very helpful on chat and then Zoom to sort out some errors on the platform. Thank you for your help!
