it was very helpful to link teh store inventory of my shopify store and my etsy stores together. The customer service chat box and customer service agents were always very helpful and answered questions right away.
Very happy with the support, I would like to see a feature added that allows syncing price without images, this would be very helpful because Etsy has different image requirements than what is allowed or used in my Shopify store.
Joseph was an amazing help today! I really needed some assistance with syncing products and it got a little overwhelming when my 100 products turned into 900. Joseph popped up on chat just as I was about to give up. He literally got me out of that issue and got my original issue resolved within 10 minutes! Thanks again!!
