Great help from Joseph today. Very kind and patient. Still having a few problems with store set up, but we figured out most of them are from Ebay's terms and policies. He stayed with me till it was just all the fixes on Ebay I have to do myself. Good App
At first was not working but I was met with a nice customer service officer named “Jayson” who had helped me navigate the problem and also referred me to the developers. Did I mention that I didn’t have to wait for the service.

I tried the app and first it would not shink - i missed a step then it said it was shinking and took around 2 1/2 to finish. Problem is nothing actually sync to Ebay. They said it was shipping on ebay i checked it all was good. In the end I deleted the app as it just wasnt working.
I ran into uploading inventory . Joseph was on the other end, very gentle, helpful and problem solver.
He took care of everything, plus guided me to do as well.
