Having trouble connecting my store came into contact straight away with an amazing man called Joseph, he is going above and beyond to help me, the guy knows his stuff and is a valuable asset to quick sync and deserves a promotion, or holding in high regard I have not only found a great app but also a great friend I wish him all the best for his future and if I am ever successful I will be employing him myself as he deserves the best
Excellent setup support from Elhassan, app looks easy to use and uncomplicated. I only want to sync inventory and it was surprisingly hard to find an app that only did that and not orders/prices etc!
A delight working with a helpdesk that was an actual person who helped with every stage of integration. excellent service

I was so surprised to actually chat with a live person right off the bat! Joseph was incredibly helpful and well versed in the knowledge. Omar was amazing. I had all kinds of errors while trying to sync my products. He was patient and through. He literally saved me from total frustration melt down.
I spoke with Jason. He actually waited until my issue was fixed. Normally, customer service wants to quickly end the chat these days, but I had a really good experience with him. He was patient and stayed until the issue was resolved. I am really satisfied
