eBay Integration ‑ QuickSync

Generally - unready app for the market. Needs a lot of testing. I just need to use the app and not to test and spent my time on support communication
Basic functionality just doesn’t work.
1. Not all products syncing from Shopify
2. Not all info are sending from eBay, like shipping method, product weight
3. If label purchased within Shopify, tracking # is not transferring to eBay

As far as I can see, the app is still under development and needs to be programmed properly... I have been trying to link my eBay account for a week. Every time I get the message: "
We can't verify the connection with your Ebay account. Please try again later."

I have been trying to find an app to simply sync my Shopify listings to eBay and it was a costly challenge until I ran across QuickSync. This is the only company I know who proactively asks you if you need help. I dealt with Khaled earlier, who was superb and got my 3500 plus eBay listings synced. When Joseph took over, he did not miss a beat and proactively made sure my app was correctly set up to sync. What an amazing service. Thak you Joseph and Khaled you are both awesome.

Khaled was great. We just downloaded this app and I clicked a wrong button that was about to cause a potential big headache in mere moments. I reached out to Khaled via the chat and within seconds he responded and not only advised but actually performed the task necessary to prevent a major problem on my end. Super appreciative.

Joseph has been a great asset to help me link my eBay and Shopify store. I have over 200 listings on Ebay that I need to sync to Shopify and Joseph has been working with me to resolve all the issues between the two apps. Got help from Omar today! Would be lost setting this up without him! I did not need to reach out Omar did this proactively. Could not say enough about how helpful he was. Most companies leave this up to you to figure out. Cannot wait to get started and look forward to doing business with them!

Great service from Omar. Very helpful and patient. Sorted out exactly what I needed very quickly and stayed with me until I was all set up. (Something which would have taken me ages to do myself).
