The support team, especially Jason and ElHassan, was incredibly helpful and professional! They assisted me greatly in transferring all my listings from eBay to Shopify. I have to see how everything can be synchronised as I got an order on shopify, but my listing on eBay was not deleted. Furthermore, maybe I don't know how yet, but so far when I purchased shipping labels on shopify, I had to manually upload the tracking number on eBay. Interesting app & concept, but need to learn how to use it
This was a very easy setup and Joseph was amazing with helping. His follow up is on point. I am very impressed with this company, right from the get go you have a live person to make sure you are set up correctly. The set up is less than 5 minutes, took me a while because I was juggling in store sales and zoom calls and Joseph stayed with me every step.

I have been trying to get set up with this ebay Integration with QuickSync, and the customer service agent Omar has been so incredibly kind and helpful! If it weren't for him I probably wouldn't have made it this far! I really appreciate all his fabulous work! Very excited to use quicksync as I think it will help me streamline my processes!
