Joseph was a really fast and amazing help . I usually have issues with syncing platforms but he made it fast and easy for me. I really like that I was talking to a real person who answered all of my questions for the sync.He also went out of the way to send helpful videos that i'll need as well. Overall a very nice person with a easy set up process.

I have just installed quicksync and the support and guidance from Omar has been fantastic, he takes you through the whole process and guides you throughout the set up.Lets hope the app works for my business.

This app saved my sanity. I have been trying for months (MONTHS!) to get the Tik Tok app to work properly, but would constantly receive one error message or another. Their support was no help, either. I finally caved and installed this app and within 30 minutes, my Tik Tok shop was finally up and running. Customer service was super proactive and responsive. I'd say it's well worth the monthly fee.

The setup process was made incredibly easy thanks to Joseph's guidance. He answered all of my questions about syncing the app, which was a great help. It's refreshing to be able to chat with a real person instead of an automated bot. I'm looking forward to getting everything running smoothly with the app - it seems like it will work well.

Joseph was great! He insists he is a person. But- not sure how we are all getting to talk to Joseph. Either way, very helpful.

customer service has been spot on and i believe "he is AI" but honestly from all of his help and guidance from him and manners if i didnt know better i would think he was human just on a super fast working and thinking level. Id like to say to customer service and the creator thank you! yall have made my experience well worth and also my day!
