This app is incredible and so is the customer support! I had trouble setting it up at first but Omar was helpful and quick to do his best to answer my questions. Now the app is syncing orders perfectly and it takes away such a frustration I had in the past. If you think this app is a good fit for your business, I recommend trying it now because for me it has worked very well.

Khaled has been very hands on with the process. I am hoping the have my current orders to sync. The customer service has been right on time. I have been looking for direct answers instead of AI response and this was exactly what I needed.
Part 2 w/ Omar: I received a message while reviewing my account from Omar who noticed some unsynced products and he immediately go on the problem. Typically in situations like this the customer would have to reach out to support but instead they are actually monitoring the accounts to insure the run smoothy and I appreciate that. I also received a direct email so I look forward to continuing to work with Omar if any other problem comes up instead of a new rep or AI.
