I had an incredible experience working with Joseph to set up my Shopify connection. His customer service was exceptional! He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up seamlessly. He quickly addressed any issues that came up and made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend his support if you're looking for a smooth integration experience!
It definitely does not synchronise the products.
Of the 1170 products, only 2 of them were able to upload tiktok. I definitely do not recommend it.
Joseph was great, checking in and making sure I was set without being prompted.
Khaled was a great resource for me getting started. He walked me through some steps and helped me understand more of what QuickSync does. After having issues with other apps syncing my products over to TikTok, I am starting off very happy with the app.

Joseph was extremely helpful and walking me through the setup process and helping me understand how the app, Shopify, and TikTok work together. Loved being able to speak with someone who was able to help after months of confusion and getting no support from TikTok or Shopify in addressing the issue of getting my products to sync between the platforms.
