Of all the reviews I have written on Shopify, this is the easiest and best one yet. Joseph was amazing! My only regret is I didn't find this app earlier, it would have saved so much time and energy. This was an amazing experience!
The rep that helped, Omar, has been amazing at making sure that all of my questions have been answered and that all of my problems have been worked out.
Shopify has shown me a "Product Pending" sign for MONTHS regarding my sync with TikTok. I've sent tons of messages to TikTok with no response and spent so much time trying to figure this out online.
QuickSync figured it out for me in one day.
It took a few hours, because I have so many products (note: TikTok has a 100 product limit/day) but thanks to the patience and guidance of Arianne I was able to get my first 100 products on TikTok today.
I can't explain why TikTok doesn't make the process easier, but thank god for QuickSync. There are still a few snafu's to sort, but this company solved me issue in just a few hours. I honestly wondered if all of these 5-star reviews were fake, but I'm glad to say in my experience this WORKED.
Khaled was so patient and was able to answer all my questions! I came from another app that wasn't working with my Tiktok Shop for the past year and had so many syncing issues. I am so glad I found Quicksync and was helped by Khaled
