The app is very easy to use and does what it says. I had spent close to a day trying to figure out how to sync my inventory from shopify to my TikTok shop and I was able to do this within a few minutes thanks to the app and Thea the customer rep.

She gave me step by step guidance, with clear and easy instructions. Even when I took a 12-hour break from my laptop, I was able to continue the conversation from with her from where we stopped without needing to start over again. Highly recommend.
