Joseph was super helpful!! Made the process so easy and frustration-free. Any and all questions I had were answered so quickly (one time even as I pressed send!) and in a very friendly manner. If you contact customer support, I hope you get Joseph! :) As for the app itself, I am not sure yet as I just got setup.

I was having issues with orders syncing as fulfilled and Joseph was great with being able to assist to my concern. Also informed me of new updates coming up which I am excited for. Looking forward to continuing the use of this app as it has been such a time saver and great customer service overall!!

I wanted to sync my products to tiktok shop, and was getting so confused. I saw this app and asked in the messengers box. The customer service rep Normie was very helpful, they guided me through everything and now my products are linked in like 10mins. Perfect!! great customer service and advice would definitely recommend it.
The best service!! So patient and kind. I was at my breaking point. I was snarky, and exhausted from all the hurdles. She stayed patient and kind and didn’t stop until she resolved my issues. Beyond customer service right here! Thank you!
