QuickSync for WooCommerce

We had been struggling for weeks trying to migrate a large and complex catalog from WooCommerce to Shopify. CSV import was just not an option due to the number of products and variants involved – it was a nightmare.

Then we found Quick Sync. Honestly, this app was a lifesaver.

This app is just what we are looking for, ticks all the boxes, reasonable price and the support to get set up and running is faultless. Omar opened a chat with me as soon as I started setting up the app and has asked me what I would like it to do, and then gone away and set it all up for me to make sure it works as expected. QuickSync is a joke. It only transfers your products partly. And then it makes a mess of your images by tansferring only about 2/3 of your images. When you contact support about this, they constantly say they are going to fix it and update you on process. You never get any update and when you ask for an update - they'll tell you it's fixed while it's not. Absolute crap.

Arianne was so helpful, responsive, and patient with me, given the complexity and difficulty of the migration process I am trying to undertake (~20,000 products).

She was happy to answer any questions I had, and if she wasn't sure, she
referred my questions onto one of the development team to get back to me with an answer/solution.

Generally speaking, this app delivers on what it advertises. I am still yet to have a completely successful integration, but this is not at the fault of QuickSync, and appears to be entirely at the fault of my hosting provider (Cloudways).

I would be happy to recommend this app to others, due to the simplicity of using the app, as well as the positive customer service and support - thank you Arianne!

I gotta say I've received the best customer service experience on any application since I began working on my website and creating my store. Omar's message just appeared and said he was there to help me every step of the way. I had to come back to complete the steps and was lucky to get Gasser who walked me through completion on Zoom!
**note** on 11/3 I had to get more help because my inventory did not sync. Yeah, I was annoyed, but Diana was quick to see the problem and fix it. I spent enough time on this, for sure. But they are all friendly and quick to help. For this, I recommend this app!

Great App with excellent customer support. Transfered products brilliantly between Shopify & Woo

I have been working with the same tech person Khaled for 2 days. He has been super helpful, full of knowledge with links to how to videos that have made a difference. His patience with me has been amazing and I am so thankful for all the help he has provided.
