QuickSync for WooCommerce

We've been managing both WooCommerce and Shopify stores for our business, and keeping everything aligned used to be a headache—until we found QuickSync. The setup was surprisingly smooth, and within minutes, we had our products syncing perfectly between the two platforms.

QuickSync is a joke. It only transfers your products partly. And then it makes a mess of your images by tansferring only about 2/3 of your images. When you contact support about this, they constantly say they are going to fix it and update you on process. You never get any update and when you ask for an update - they'll tell you it's fixed while it's not. Absolute crap.

Arianne was so helpful, responsive, and patient with me, given the complexity and difficulty of the migration process I am trying to undertake (~20,000 products).

She was happy to answer any questions I had, and if she wasn't sure, she
referred my questions onto one of the development team to get back to me with an answer/solution.

Generally speaking, this app delivers on what it advertises. I am still yet to have a completely successful integration, but this is not at the fault of QuickSync, and appears to be entirely at the fault of my hosting provider (Cloudways).

I gotta say I've received the best customer service experience on any application since I began working on my website and creating my store. Omar's message just appeared and said he was there to help me every step of the way. I had to come back to complete the steps and was lucky to get Gasser who walked me through completion on Zoom!
**note** on 11/3 I had to get more help because my inventory did not sync. Yeah, I was annoyed, but Diana was quick to see the problem and fix it. I spent enough time on this, for sure. But they are all friendly and quick to help. For this, I recommend this app!

I'm working with Joseph and he's been extremely helpful, responsive, and suggestive for our business needs. This tool is absolutely amazing and the customer service is unmatched.
