Fantastic Video Integration Tool for E-commerce Site
I've been using this app to add videos to my Shopify site, and it has completely transformed how I showcase my products. What I love most is the shoppable videos feature – it allows customers to purchase directly from the video, significantly boosting engagement and conversion rates. Also, analytics are incredibly detailed, giving me real-time insights into how my videos are performing and how they contribute to sales.
And last my favorite point is customer service is top-notch. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, their team is quick to respond and always provides helpful solutions. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to enhance their e-commerce site with high-quality video content.
It is a good app that delivers on its promises. Not everything is intuitive, but the app improves every day, and I am happy. What stands out is the support we have from the Quinn team: super responsive, fast, helpful, and open to finding solutions. Five stars are well deserved.
Video pop up is quite unique and intriguing concept for our customers. It has been a great addition for getting the right amt of traction at the right stage . Team is super cooperative and helping at all stages.
The app is easy to use and the design is customisable to an extent too - which is great! The best part is how helpful and quick the Quinn team is in resolving any and every query, they are there to support, are hands on and have a quick turnaround time too! Which is super appreciated when you’re a lean team.
Great app
While the app is really useful and helpful, it is somewhat buggy, which does not make for a pleasant user experience. Nevertheless, this gets compensated for by the super-helpful and always-on-the-toes support team that does all the work for you and even provides screen recordings if you require them. There is a great deal of assistance and immediate response from the technical team. They create a Whatsapp group and resolve all issues immediately.

Just onboarded with them for our new e-commerce clothing website, and overall they have been very helpful in setting up and executing this app on our webite. The entire onboarding process has been smooth, especially for someone who is using Shopify for the first time.
The video app adds a touch of class to the website, and I would say is a must have for any product based website due to its focus on video content. The insta like look is pretty nice.

Overall, my experience with this app has been nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient platform.
Working with Quinn for Neulife has been an amazing ride! The support team is super-helpful and the whole process is seamless. Just the app has a bit of. a learning curve, but otherwise a great product for shopp-able videos. Would recommend
The app stopped working and I wasn't even informed, they charged me the money for 2 months.
We acknowledge the issue that you had faced with our App. However, we were never intimated about this issue that you're facing even after having a WhatsApp group between the teams. Further, the payments are being processed through Shopify and once the paid plan is subscribed to, the billing would get charged automatically every month (similar to any other subscription product), unless the issue is being raised to us from your end.
Please note that If you're facing any issue with our products or the dashboard, our customer support team is available anytime to help resolve issues of any extend that you're facing.
