We are extremely sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our app. That is not what we like to hear, ever.

Upon further inspection, we've found that your store runs on a legacy Shopify theme, which requires quite a bit of custom integration for a complex storefront app like Quinn to function.

While we do support legacy themes in order to continue supporting some of our older users, it is a more complex integration effort that requires a more manual approach to setup.
