A business that's going from strength to strength! They've got super tech, a responsive team and have boosted capacity, which has enabled them to fulfil even faster delivery
Our initial experience seemed promising, but things quickly went downhill during our trial. We had to repeatedly call them just to arrange collection, and the communication was not just poor—it was shockingly bad. They failed to deliver on a same-day service, without offering any apology to us or our customer, who was left waiting for their parcel.
To make matters worse, they charged us for canceled orders and didn’t even bother to provide a reason or refund when we inquired.
Overall, I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1, only in the hope that they might improve in the future. However, we won’t be using their services again.

Quiver has changed the way we deliver our Terrariums, once we were only able to offer customers expensive delivery and now Quiver has increased our sales as customers can now select a delivery window for only £4.99! The team are super helpful and the dashboard is extremely easy to use!
Quiver has been a great addition to our Shopify store! Really easy to set up and use and the Quiver team are super responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend. Thanks Quiver!
