After researching a few other quiz platforms, I decided on Prehook: Quiz Funnels because of its tight integration with Shopify and Klaviyo. Co-founder Gen Furukawa has been incredibly helpful and responsive to my questions, so I can't fault the support. One of my questions was did Prehook have conditional logic, and Gen told me they were planning to implement the feature soon, and he now tells me they'll be rolling it out next week. He also built a sample quiz for me, and had some great suggestions. I don't have my first quiz live yet, but the UI seems really intuitive so far, and the app developers seem committed to continually improving what is already a very decent quiz app. Did I mention that it is incredible value compared to other quiz platforms - and free for up to 600 engagements per month?

Wonderful app and the layout is impeccably designed and allows you to customize your user experience. The pricing and functionality are superbly aesthetic and cost-effective for any small business. Product quizzes are incredibly important for upselling products because the reality is that most people don't really know where to start when making a purchasing decision. This quiz app is an excellent investment for a business to grow and scale in a meaningful way! Building the quiz was much easier than I expected. Choice of graphics was great. Support from Gen was outstanding! Everything turned out great!

Big fan of Prehook! Their quizzes really helped improve our conversion metrics and helped customers find the right upsell item that they wanted. it also helped educate the customer throughout the buying process and their customer support was great in helping set it up!

I really love how easy to use this app is, Gen helped out when I needed some help. If you want to enhance your customer service get this app!

I installed after seeing the free forever pricing structure within the app store and your pricing matrix- which works for my store right now. then after installing the app, it reverted to a pricing only model of $35/monthly.

I am really happy with this app I love the ease of use and the integration w/ Klaviyo. I have tried many other quiz apps and not succeeded in making them work with my site, as well as being able to sync to klaviyo. I had an question with my quiz and Gen helped me troubleshoot it immediately. He also followed up with me the next day to test everything and make sure it was working properly. (I'm on the free version which is crazy, I have never had hands on support like this when using a free version of an app) I saw they are working on even more integrations and features so I am excited to see how powerful this tool ends up being. As of now everything works great and I have already told multiple colleague to download it.

I was looking for simple to use quiz maker for my supplement company for 2022 and this app delivered. Gen was super quick to reply and assist me with a couple questions I had. I would highly recommend this app for any shop owner.

I love the design of this app and I felt the pricing was better than other quiz apps, I meant to migrate over to this app from another but the recommendation algorithms don't seem to work very well and it was just too much of a hassle in the end to set it up properly. I'd give 3 stars, it probably would work well for simpler quizzes with straightforward responses, but I gave 2 because we were charged $45 for the app even though we had no completions(never went live).
