Tremendous need for better personalization quizzes on Shopify. This app is built by an expert in the space, who is hands-on in supporting clients to meet their quiz funnel goals. Highly recommend giving it a try. You'll be able to adjust the flow for specific product categories, including the info collected as well as the appearance.

We use this APP for our solution guides (2 brands in 13 sites) and it works amazingly. We started by doing the setup and the look & feel, and it was very easy. Then we built the questions and answers. Populating products due to the size of our company was time-consuming, but we contacted Gen and he was very helpful and gave us an idea that worked perfectly. This APP is a 5-star.

I used this app as a quiz/selection tool to filter my apparel items on the site for customers and it is PERFECT! There were a few technical problems at first but the team worked really hard at resolving the issue and they did with consistent communication. They even followed up when I forgot to respond. Great app! I had tried using a different quiz app but it didn't have all the features I was looking for. Had a few questions while I was setting up my first quiz, and support was really fast and super helpful (thanks, Gen!). First quiz is working really well and I can already see that we're making money from it. Definitely recommend this app.

After utilizing Octane.ai (great alternative) I came to the conclusion that Pre Hook has a way cleaner UI/UX when it comes to setting up a basic (or even complex) product referral journey. Two major callouts I have would be: 1. Klaviyo Integration... it was amazingly easy to find the custom properties needed within klaviyo to develop some interesting email segments & flows based on how the customer would answer each question. 2. Gen (the co-founder) was amazing at helping us learn more about different ways to utilize pre hook for our complex flow needs. Highly recommended!

We're excited to be using Prehook! The quizzes are easy to set up but if you do want some extra guidance their customer support is excellent. If you're looking to engage with and understand your customers better, Prehook is a no-brainer.
