L'application est assez facile d'utilisation et propose de nombreuses options pour pousser des produits.
Le gros point positif ce sont les pages de résultats entièrement personnalisables et modulables, ce qui permet de créer un grand nombre de pages différentes en fonction des réponses de vos clients.
Le service client est très réactif et toujours apporteur de solutions en cas de besoin, allant même jusqu'à faire du custom dev pour certains cas. C'est appréciable.

Quelques améliorations restent encore à apporter d'un point de vue UX principalement (CTA pour ajouter tous les produits d'une page d'un coup, pop-up panier qui s'ouvre quand tous les produits s'ajoutent...).

This app is great! The customer support is also very helpful and responds right away. We had a few special requests for one of the quizzes we were creating and I was able to get a response within minutes and was provided solutions. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for not only a reliable quiz app, but also a support team that ensures all your needs are met.

Disappointed the plan does not include klaviyo as most starter levels for quizzes do. While its easy to use, and looks nice the klaviyo mail integration option for 99 a month is a deal breaker UPDATE - was able to connect with the team who gave me the functionality I was looking for. I look forward to testing out the application- it looks very nice and the customer support has been great so far

Incredibly quick service and such an easy app to use straight out of the box. The integration with ReCharge makes signing customers up to subscription products a breeze. Highly recommend.

I looked through the various quiz applications and this one is certainly has best features in my opinion. It’s easy to get set up quickly (no technical ability required) and it has beautiful templates to choose from in case you do want to start from scratch. This application also appears to have a lot of useful advanced customizations available, if that’s what you are looking for. Furthermore, customer support responds quickly and goes out of their way to resolve your concerns. Personally I am happy to use this application in my store as I think the quiz will add value for visitors and potential customers, and hopefully help them be more confident buyers.
