The app works great and is pretty intuitive for a non-expert like myself. But the best part is the customer service! Yana was incredible. Responsive, friendly, quick and sharp. She got it and solved my problems instantly...and I continue to go back to her for little tweaks to make everything great. Much appreciated, Yana!

Dare I say - this has been THE BEST app I have installed yet. Not only is the quiz set up intuitive, easy to understand, customizable, and yet offers really great templates that barely need customization - the support is BAR NONE.

I was able to work with Elizabeth Chan one on one in a zoom meeting where she was able to help me maximize this tool specifically to our industry and recommended best practices. I cannot shout this loud enough, you would be a fool to not use this.

The app was taking far too long to load for a long time, we contacted quite a few times to get the issue resolved. Thankfully Myron has now found the issue and has fixed whatever was causing the lag, so the quiz now loads within a normal timeframe.

There are a lot of great features in this app and Quiz App Team support is very quick to respond to any questions. They always supports in time and I have enjoyed the quiz app so far.

I recommend quiz app kit to those who are looking for an assessment solution. The quiz can be easily created and handled.
