The only downside I would say is that it gets too expensive to upgrade for features you would expect from a lower tier, such as being able to send your recommendations via email, This should be a standard feature and not one that you have to pay $200 a month for. Small businesses can not afford such a cost and you should not penalise them for it, you could package other things for the higher tier which would still be of value for larger companies.

Best quiz app on shopify by far. One thing to note, I think it slows down store loading speed. Yet to confirm though. Biggest disappointment, lack of support. For this reason I rate it as a 3.

UPDATE: I was able to get support. The speed is still a little concern, can you please update me on this? But my original comment still stands. The best quiz app on Shopify. How do I know this? Because I installed and uninstalled all of them on the app store and they don't even compare.

We love Quiz Kit! I recently implemented it for a natural hair care client who has a variety of products that have specific attributes suited to certain hair types / concerns. It's been straightforward to use and we've seen great results with quiz engagement and sales of products. I like the ability to customize the appearance of the quiz to match the rest of the website's branding. It's greatly cut down on the number of questions we receive about "Which product is best for me?"
With 5 quiz questions, many possible answers to each question and 8 different products (plus various result combinations) we ended up with over 200 possible paths (!!) which took some time to load in, but it's been worth it. It's been great marketing for one product in particular, a hair oil that is often overlooked when people come to buy shampoo and conditioner - we've seen a big increase in sales for that product in the past few weeks since using the quiz. I've received great customer support from the Quiz Kit team when needed - they're always quick to respond and answer my question with minimal back and forth needed. Thank you Quiz Kit!

Implementing the quiz kit app has been a huge win for us!
