I wasted a month on this app . support is spotty at best. Eli the account mgr made mots of promises that never happened. This app has more bugs than a New York Sewer. Dont waste your time

Quote-machine checked all the right boxes for our needs and more. The system is very intuitive and easy to customize. The onboarding process is world-class; our assigned advisors are easy to work with and guided us meticulously through the implementation. Is rare to receive this type of support. We are very pleased with the Quote-machine solutions integrated with our E-commerce.
I’ve been with Quote Machine for a little under a year and it has been very helpful with managing phone orders. Eli, my account representative, made all the difference in the world with me again with this app.
QM is actively engaged with their customers. QM has its kinks but the app is reliable and the customer service is fast with their responses.
