Once I finally gave in, I wish I had called right away! Pankaj fixed the first issue in about 20 seconds. The second issue took a little more time but he did it all himself while I slept :). So I woke up the next morning -- problem solved!

The app’s functions are excellent, very comprehensive and detailed. The free plan might not be enough (which is basically the case with its competitors too), but the Basic plan is affordably priced and offers even more features to handle different scenarios. Most importantly, the customer service is extremely helpful. They solved many technical details for me and responded very quickly. Highly recommended!
