We have been using Quotes Guru RFQ for our industrial Shopify store, and our experience has been excellent.
The app is flexible, easy to customize, and works well for creating professional quotation forms.
During our implementation, we discovered a bug where placeholder text was not displayed correctly on the live storefront. We reported the issue to the support team, and they responded immediately, reproduced the problem, created an internal development ticket, and delivered a fix within just a few hours.
