While the free trial lasts, nothing works, no one replies to messages. I am very disappointed. Such applications should not exist. FAR AWAY

First of all, we have never received any of your messages. We have looked for all the logs, and no sign of you trying to reach out to us.
Second of all, as soon as we have read this review, I have reached out to you and did everything in my power to help you and explain to you what our App is doing and what our App is not doing. I also gave you some advice on your marketing strategy.
Finally, you are not replying to my last emails when I am checking on you to see if everything is ok and if you managed to advance on your marketing strategy.
On top of that, you never say hello or good morning or even thank you. Your answers are always blunt with no polite forms.
For all of these reasons, this is probably the most unfair review ever. Please, note that it creates a lot of frustration for us as we really try to help out our customers.
