Quickly install Rakuten Advertising tracking to power your affiliate program and more.
To use this app, you need to have a contract and account set up with Rakuten Advertising (RAd). This app is designed to streamline initial tracking integration for RAd customers. Once tracking is enabled, transaction data is reported back to Rakuten Advertising to power your affiliate, display and/or search programs. After the app is installed and configured, affiliate program management is done through the Rakuten Advertising dashboard.

结账Not compatible with Shopify Extensibility despite being 3 months away from all brands having to switch to checkout extensions. Rakuten currently has no ETA to become compatible with checkout extensions, but I am hoping this will change. This leaves all brands on checkout extensions unable to use the app for accurate tracking until they update it to become compatible.
UPDATE:
Our permanent Shopify Extensibility solution was released with an app update in June 2024. Since then, our affiliate tracking has been fully compatible with extensibility and Shopify web pixels. We also continue to update our app and will make additional features available in the future. Don't hesitate to contact our advertiser support (advsupport@rakuten.com) if you require any assistance or still see issues. We appreciate you taking time to review our app.
