とにかく使いづらい ・一週間くらい設定が出来ない事があった
→障害発生の連絡など来ず、こちらから問い合わせたところ障害判明した ・楽天側がアプリについて詳細は把握しておらず、
何か問題があった場合は、Byward Labsに英語で自分で問い合わせる必要がある
→返答も遅いし、解決策が解決になってない事がある ・同期出来る画像のサイズが1600x1600pxとアプリ側で制限される ・Top画像を変更してもうまく同期されない ・同期がとにかく遅い（変更する度に15分くらい待たされる） ・UIがとにかく使いづらい
→ポップアップのような小さいウィンドウで設定しなければならない為使いづらい ・商品の同期をCSVで一括編集する事ができない
→スパーセール用の設定など1商品づつ変更しなければいけない ・楽天側の商品管理番号（商品URL）を任意で決められない。 ・同期した画像の名前を任意で決められない ・同期する画像の格納フォルダを任意で指定できない （格納フォルダの名前も指定できない） 総じて、このアプリを使っていてはタイムリーなセールや販売は出来ません。

This company is more than a little reluctant to be more than a shill for the highest corporate bidder. If you are an artist with integrity don't bother with this company. Their yearly cost is in the tens of thousands in addition to a 2 figure fee percentage per item sold. They also suggest you use a third party for Japanese customer service that will charge an additional 2 figure fee rather than doing it for you after spending ten thousand plus a year for them to ignore you at it. You elites and 'influencers' are perfect for it and only to such do I recommend it Their marketing contacts lie upfront, get you to spend cash to jump through their hoops and only then let you in on how expensive it is. Not impressive.

This person, Monica Rondera from Rakuten Ichiba contacted me to offer Rakuten services and I wrote a reply back but they never bothered to get back to me. So I felt it is already a bad service. I was going to join Rakuten IChiba but it seems their service staff is rude or lazy with no replies so I give up.

楽天市場とショピファイの在庫連動の為に導入しております。
先日同期された注文が自動的に店舗都合でキャンセル処理されてしまい、商品はお届けしたのにご請求ができていない状況が発生しました。
楽天市場では対応できないと回答をいただき、ショピファイサポート経由でアプリ開発の方に問い合わせ対応をしていただきましたが、途中で応答がなくなり、結果として原因はわからず終いでした。
楽天市場ではキャンセルされた注文の請求処理を戻すことはできない為、お客様にご説明した上で新たにご請求金額と同等のご注文を通すようにとの回答でした。（問題発生からここまで大体20日かかりました）
原因は不明ですが、同じ現象でお困りの方がいらっしゃれば問い合わせの流れなど参考にしていただければ幸いです。
引き続き原因の調査と改善を宜しくお願い致します。

同期機能は「使えてはいる」レベルだが、利便性の悪さや不都合は散見されるし、サポートはメールに応答しない。日本語でも英語でも返信来ない。 今非常に不便なのが、在庫のトレースが不要なオプション品の更新をShopify上ですると、楽天上でゼロ在庫となり「売り切れ」ステータスになってしまう。
これはRMS上で「在庫切れになっても注文を受け付ける」にチェックを入れてあってもShopifyで更新かけると、またチェックが外れてしまうので余計な作業が生まれる。 また、商品説明ページの作成においても、Shopifyのようにビジュアルエディター的な編集ができないので、HTMLの知識を要する。
また、配送日時指定を楽天上で受け付けたものが、ShopifyのCSVで専用のカラムを作っていてもそこには入れる設定にかえることもできないのでそこも不便。

I would rather give them NO STARS at all! I signed up for this online marketplace about 8 weeks ago and heard nothing. I kept checking back and inquiring if my credential were ready? I heard nothing from them. The last time I checked back there was a handbook up and I appreciated that. It gave pricing, which is $650USD per month! No free trial, you must pay (according to the handbook) before credentials are given. I wish they had told me this before I waited for all this time!

とても楽しみにしていたアプリで、リリース後すぐにインストール、このアプリのためにRMS商品一括編集機能（月額10,000円税抜）を決済しました。

しかし、今現在Shopify商品のバリエーションに対して、１つの楽天アイテムとなるため、このアプリを通じての商品を登録して販売を開始することは諦めました。楽天からShopifyへの同期もできないので（ShopifyのAmazonチャンネルはサポートします）オーダーの同期機能も使えません。

上記機能の追加をぜひお願いします。
