We had so many issues and re-piblishing all items for many times. Everytime republishing them, the photo images are gone and need to fixx them. Finally Byward Support fixed issue and I would liketo give 5 stars for it. Unfortunately for the system I cannot give 5 stars.
必須属性関連がとにかくバグだらけ。
楽天のSKU必須属性を入力しても翌日には消えていることもあり、そもそも楽天に転送する段階で入力していた金額などの情報も全てごっそり抜け落ちるようなバグもあります。
必須属性に対応したかと思えば入力項目ごと消えたりもするので、
ロールバック勝手にしてるのか疑うレベルですが告知もなにもないのでバグに振り回される始末
対策として必須属性を楽天市場で入力したとしても、Shopify側から楽天商品を値段変更すると楽天市場で入力した必須属性は全て消えます。致命的ですね。

楽天市場とショピファイの在庫連動の為に導入しております。
先日同期された注文が自動的に店舗都合でキャンセル処理されてしまい、商品はお届けしたのにご請求ができていない状況が発生しました。
楽天市場では対応できないと回答をいただき、ショピファイサポート経由でアプリ開発の方に問い合わせ対応をしていただきましたが、途中で応答がなくなり、結果として原因はわからず終いでした。
楽天市場ではキャンセルされた注文の請求処理を戻すことはできない為、お客様にご説明した上で新たにご請求金額と同等のご注文を通すようにとの回答でした。(問題発生からここまで大体20日かかりました)
原因は不明ですが、同じ現象でお困りの方がいらっしゃれば問い合わせの流れなど参考にしていただければ幸いです。
引き続き原因の調査と改善を宜しくお願い致します。
Just recently though, customer support level got improved much comparing to before. App works stable although it takes a little bit of time to get used to how it works or how to setup. Overall, without this app, integration with Rakuten would be much more complicated to setup. So it made the integration easier, and we appreciate it.

とても楽しみにしていたアプリで、リリース後すぐにインストール、このアプリのためにRMS商品一括編集機能(月額10,000円税抜)を決済しました。
しかし、今現在Shopify商品のバリエーションに対して、1つの楽天アイテムとなるため、このアプリを通じての商品を登録して販売を開始することは諦めました。楽天からShopifyへの同期もできないので(ShopifyのAmazonチャンネルはサポートします)オーダーの同期機能も使えません。
上記機能の追加をぜひお願いします。
