Nous sommes très satisfaits de l'application Randmar Connect, la synchronisation de nos commandes avec la plate-forme se passe très bien et est d'une grande aide qui nous fait sauver un temps précieux. C’est une entreprise familiale qui existe depuis des années et qui a beaucoup d’expérience dans les envois standards. Ils ont créé une application et un système pour les entreprises en ligne qui permet de faire l’expédition rapide en 24h et de pouvoir gérer l’inventaire directement.
C’est un système simple et facile à utiliser comparativement à beaucoup d’autres. Les envois sont faites rapidement et c’est un service 7/7! Je recommande Randmar à toutes les nouvelles entreprises!
Randmar Connect has allowed our customer service team to focus on other tasks within the company rather than spending tons of hours doing order entry. The fact that it takes away order entry and updated all orders with tracking information for the customer, proves that it's an app that all businesses should have.
